5lb Ground Pork
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Paprika
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Garlic
1/8 Cup Ground Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme leaves
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Cup Water
Mix together and stuff into hog casings. You can cook as is for fresh sausage or smoke it for traditional andouille sausage. Be sure to check out our other sausage recipes.
